Family Yoga Retreat

This retreat introduces children to a healthier lifestyle by cultivating their interest in yoga, healthy food and sustainable practices. They will be encouraged to use their imagination, exercise their mind and strengthen their breath.

Restaurant & Bar

The menu has been designed to guide you and your partner toward a heather eating routine. It integrates food with nutrients that will improve your libido and your overall health. Our meals contain aphrodisiac foods promoting blood flow and having anti-oxidant properties and are full of vitamins and minerals that play an important role in sexual and reproductive health such as Zinc, Omega 3, Vitamin B, K, E, and B6. Additionally, thanks to Vitamin B9 and K, these foods will help you relax and will improve your blood circulation.
