Tomato tartare: Dry heirloom tomato, water cress, coconut sour cream

Cucumber, aloe vera and dash lime Mocktail

Veggie Zuppa: Basil oil, chili oil, spiced popcorn, cucumber flower

Pan-Seared Deep Sea Scallops: Cashew wasabi Cream, rainbow onion pickles, micro-herbs, purple sauerkraut
