Tristian Kelly is a sleep therapist and the author of Three Weeks to Better Sleep, and the soon-to-be- published Diary of an Insomniac. She graduated in psychology from Sydney University, and later trained as a naturopath, nutritionist, Western herbal medicine practitioner and homeopath.
