Wellness Supervisor
Position Summary
The Wellness Supervisor supports the daily operations of the Spa, Wellness, and Vitality Centre,
ensuring the delivery of personalized, professional, and seamless wellness experiences. This role supervises the team, coordinates guest programs, maintains service standards, and ensures all activities comply with the resort’s safety and operational procedures.
Requirements
- Diploma or certification in Spa, Wellness, Fitness, Hospitality, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in spa, wellness, fitness, or luxury hospitality operations.
- Previous supervisory or team-lead experience is preferred.
- Knowledge of holistic wellness, fitness, recovery therapies, and longevity services is an advantage. Certification in first aid and CPR is preferred.
- Proficiency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
- Familiarity with booking, membership, and POS systems.

Longevity & Sport Science Consultant
Position Summary
The Longevity & Sport Science Consultant is responsible for guiding guests through personalized wellness and healthy aging programs. This role combines health coaching, lifestyle optimization, and guest engagement to help clients improve their physical, mental, and emotional well-being while maximizing long-term health outcomes. The coach collaborates closely with the multidisciplinary wellness team to deliver a seamless, evidence-informed longevity experience.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Sports Science, Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology, Sport & Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or a closely related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of relevant professional experience in exercise physiology, sports performance, physiotherapy, or a clinical/resort wellness setting.
- Demonstrated practical experience conducting VO₂ max assessments and interpreting results for program design.
- Knowledge of Resting Metabolic Rate (RMR) assessments
- Excellent command of English, both written and verbal, with strong ability to communicate science clearly and engagingly to non-specialist guests.
- Demonstrated ability to design personalised, evidence-based training programs across a range of fitness levels and health profiles.
- Genuine curiosity and demonstrable habit of keeping up with developments in longevity, sports, performance, and recovery science (e.g., follows researchers, reads journals, listens to science podcasts).
- Strong interpersonal skills and a team-first mindset, comfortable working in a collaborative, multi-disciplinary wellness team.
- Comfortable working in a luxury hospitality environment where guest experience standards are exceptionally high.
